- Group 1, can you share with the class what business you thought of?
- The business we thought of is a coffee stall, where they sell fresh brewed coffee, fruit flavored coffee, and non-coffee based drinks.
- The ingredients needed, like the syrup and coffee beans can be a little pricey.
- But the quality of the coffee is more important. During the first day of opening, around 40 cups will be sold if it is a successful day.
- By having a social media account for the stall, it could greatly help advertise and spread the word to more people. Those who have already tasted it will also recommend it to their friends.
- And let's say that our price range for the flavors are from 69 pesos to 79 pesos, then we could be earning an average of 4,736 pesos daily. At Least 1,100 pesos will be used for the expenses afterwards.
- Let's estimate that we sell 40, 50, 70, 80 and another 80 cups then I believe that we can reach an average of 64 cups everyday during weekdays. Less people will be going out for leisure but there will still be those who wish to go out.
- During the weekends a lot of people will be wishing to relax and go outside, more commonly in groups. Most sales we make from Saturday-Sunday will be in groups or in bulk meaning we can sell an average of 115 cups during those two days. That can profit us around 8500 pesos which again will be cut down for expenses.
- Wow, this business can really become a good investment. But of course it's important to advertise and work hard to attract customers. Improving the quality of products will also help the stalls' appearance and help the entrepreneur who would want to try our idea.
