After the incidents Samsung Galaxy Note 7s were banned on flights with airlines Jetstar, Virgin, Qantas, and Tiger for being a class 9 dangerous good. Not only this but Telstra, Optus and Vodafone stopped selling the product after 3 after being recalled and replaced caught fire over seas. Samsung also stopped their newsletter to Choice after Choice used it in their media reports talking about the faulty product.
