- Hi! I, am Robert Hooke. The one who used the term "cells" in 1665 and described the small chambers within cork that I observed in the microscope
- Good day! I am a German Botanist. Who made an extensive microscope observations of plant tissues, and describe them as being composed of cells
- Hi! i'm a German Physiologist. I also made a similar microscopic observations of animal tissue. And, I realized that similarities existed between plant and animal tissue.
