- just like what i said earlier em waves are trasnferred through VIBRATIONS and MAGNETIC FIELDS.
- oh okay so all waves transfer energy but they do not transfer matter? is that correct?

- ahh thank you! i kinda did some research before asking you haha.
- well yes that's good because that two examples is what we studied yesterday. basically infrared transmits from radiations and ultra violet is absorbed by fluorescent tubes.
- based on my research earlier there are 7 types of em waves? but i only studied the ultra violet and infrared.
- from what i have heard yesterday electromagnetic raditon are expressed in terms of frequency and energy or wave length
- last question do you know how em waves are expressed?
