Storyboard Text

  • I could just say a few words to the audience before they went?
  • I’m sorry ma’am, but this area is closed
  • Can I just have a moment of your time? Please!
  • Hey, you! Come back here!
  • Every human, regardless of their gender, should be given equal rights. These rights include the right to live free from abuse, and discrimination, to be educated, to vote, and to earn a fair and equal wage. Do you agree?
  • Yes
  • As the musical group wrapped up their performance, I sprinted down the long red stairs and asked the security guard a question.
  • The society says that Men are supposed to be strong and hard-working, although women are assumed to be more modest. Men, do you agree?
  • I sprinted as fast as lightning to the stage and snatched the microphone from the podium.
  • Didn’t you just agree that men and women should be given equal rights, and yet here you are discriminating them when you don’t even know them?
  • I speak to the audience about my concern.
  • Every day, I struggle to get up knowing that the world is unjust and the rights of women are neglected in most countries. You might think that fighting and raising our voices might bring us these rights, but it is so much more complicated. The privileged men of our society might think about this for a day or two and then leave it, but the real underlined issue is much bigger.
  • I mean, just look around, most of the world leaders are men. Men have higher wages. We don’t even get to keep our own last names when getting married. If you really actually think about it, not one woman in this entire world has the last name of her own, they all were eventually passed down by men.
  • I address the men in the concert.
  • Yes
  • The men in the room were unpleased and confused as to what their answer should be.
  • I continued to prove my point to the crowd.
