- One day before flying to amsterdam Hazel went back to the support group to see how everything was and met Isaac (he had already had his operation so he was blind)

- Now I'm better, tomorrow I'm going to Amsterdam with Gus
- At the airplane Gus tells Hazel that he can use his cancer wish to allow them to travel to Amsterdam and meet the author.
- Let's go to Amsterdam!!

- When they arrived to Amsterdam they found out that Peter didn't invite them, and instead of telling Hazel and Augustus what happens at the end of the book, he is rude and insults them, accusing them of using his illness to get what they want from him.

- What comes as a shock is after the trip Gus was the one that died because his cancer came back.
