- Hi, Im Robert. Today Im going to tell the story of the conflict of my two neighbours.

- This is me walking calmly on my neighborhood. What happened next was something unexpected.

- The one of the green shirt is called Ramiro. He's a nice guy, but gets mad if something is not being done the correct way

- The one of the black is called Kevin. He likes to play a lot in the park but can result selfish sometimes.

- Kevin has been using the slide for an eternity. He doesn't let me use it.
- What's happening guys? Is there a problem?
- Ramiro is trying to steal the slide from me.

- Both Ramiro and Kevin want to use the slide byut have different points of views from the situation.
- We can clearly see there is conflict in there. This type of conflicts are called competition over resources.
- Other important thing they need to consider is that they need to show respect to each other. If they do't show that, conflict might scalate.
- The first thing they need to do is understand what they are feling. If they don't know what they feel, they will never understand what the real conflict is.
