- We need to take into account that they are both fighting for a resource, in this case the slide.
- Ramiro and Kevin must look at the point of view of the other. This show the different backgrounds and context both of them have.
- Kevin thoughts are that Ramiro is stealing the slide to him. He also thinks that he should be the one using the slide because he arrived first.

- Ramiro considers that Kevin has been using the slide for a lott of time and now its time for him to use it.

- The right thing to do in this situation is to TALK and NEGOCIATE. This will result in an agreement from both parts and win-win situation.
