- What do you mean? I told everyone there would be a change, and that they would be affected by it.
- So, while taking minutes on the team meeting yesterday, I noted that you were not clear on vision for the change coming up.
- Sometimes people need to know a few more details than "there will be changes." They need to know that their boss is engaged, involved in their personal experiences and cares about their well-being.
- Pfff, if they aren't able to understand exactly what I'm communicating than they can just suffer until the next change roll out. They should not have to be babied like this.

- Do you have a copy of the project plan I can take a review?
- Copy? What is this this is the 21st century! Haven't you heard of the paperless office?
- Well is there at least a copy of a slide deck we can pass around?
