Who are the Sauk tribe
Sauk also spelled Sac, belonged to the Algonquian language group of the North American Eastern Woodlands tribes. Suk is a group of people who have the same beliefs and culture.

THE SAUK TRIBE WAS A RELEIGIUS GROUP THEY BELIVED IN MOTHER EARTH GOD AND MANY MORE THINGS . THE SAUK TRIBE WAS FORMED DURING 1600. MOST OF THE SAUK PEOPLE SETTLED IN IOWA AND SOME IN ILLINOIS.

The Sauk tribe had many challenges some were hard some were easier than others . One of their challenges was moving because the French and Chippewa were moving them to the south.
Black Hawk war took place in Illinoise . the Black Hawk War started because their leaders got tricked into signing a treaty . the Black Hawk War started in 1832.
The war didn't even last a year the same year it started it ended. at the end the Sauk tribe got what they wanted . They moved to their old territory after the war ended.
