- Bodh raj was a callous boy, he was cruel and vicious, he was disrespectful, disobedient and he always had catapult in his hand everybody fears him.
- Where are the parents?
- 'the Mynah's little ones are up there'
- 'Must have went in search of food. They should be back soon.
- 'Dont hit the kite it will attack us. lets get out of here.'
- Take the catapult and pebbles and aim at the kite. go on hitting it. Don't let it sit down.
- The narrators mother asked Bodh raj too clean the spear spare room if he is so fond of destroying nests and the next time Bodh raj came with a catapult he started flying pebbles at the chicks of the Ganga Mynah.
- Bodh Raj realized that the kite had been ravaging the nest often and aimed at the kite with his catapult, the kite left the rafter after spreading its wings and alighted on a beam Bodh Raj handed the catapult and the pebbles from his pocket to the narrator and told him to aim at the kite and go on hitting it.
