- This is John Dalton.
- John Dalton managed to take the time to travel to the present. Here he tried to educate the youth with atomic theory.
- Who are you?
- Long ago there was a man named Democritus who suggested that there was a place where it could no longer be cut. He called these useless things atoms.
- Of course actually atoms can be cut into half but are still considered the basic building block of matter.
- Uh-huh
- The first law of atomism is that all matter is made up of atoms. Atoms are the basic building block of life.
- The second law states that atoms of the same elements are the same atoms of different elements are different.
- This is because of the different combinations of protons, neutrons, and electrons, the mass, and a lot more things.
- ah huh?
- And the third law says compounds or combinations of two or more different types of atoms. For example like an oxygen atom and a hydrogen atom together would be a compound
- Yes, the names of the elements might be ugly, but the atoms that create them are beautiful.
- HAHA yeah they are but interesting huh?
