- Jackie Robinson makes his debut in Major League Baseball on April 15, 1947. He is the first ever black person to play in the MLB.
- Let's go!
- Jackie proceeds to get racially abused by fans, opponents, and even teammates just because he is black. This abuse happens continuously throughout his career.

- Jackie Robinson finished off his career with many amazing accolades such as; 1 time most valuable player, 6 time all star, and 1 time world series champion!
- Jackie was also the first black player to ever get inducted into the baseball hall of fame and is the only player in MLB history to have his jersey (number 42) retired by every single team in the league.
- It is safe to say Robinson will be well remembered by everyone for his bravery and strength to overcome the racist abuse, and his unbelievable talent which took him so far in his career. He broke boundaries which no one at the time thought was possible. Jackie Robinson is simply a legend.
