- We will reform a new Roman Empire
- After World War 1, Italy win. But they died 1,160,000 people during the war, but they only gain Tyrol as the result. This make Italy economic fall, lots of people lose their job.
- With Italy in turmoil, Benito Mussolini see a chance to take control Italy. He find a lots of unhappy Italians and start his party, the Fascist Party.

- In his Fascist Party, Mussolini had his follower wear black Shirts, and launched a program of terrorism and intimidation against incumbent king.
- In October of 1912, Mussolini and his Black Shirt went on a march from Naples of Rome. The Fascist rush into the capital and catch the king.
- King Victor Emmanuel III is fearing a civil war, so he appointed Mussolini to become the new minister.
- Mussolini now called IL Duce. He took control of Italy and rule over it using force. As a resort, he turned Italy into a totalitarian state.
