- Thanks Elly! I forgive you. Why don't you hang out with me and Heidi?
- Lucy gets to her new school's grand opening party. Her mother only has $5 to give her for the food the school is selling and Lucy worries if that is enough.
- After Lucy hears a girl named Elly has $20 with her, she wonders if she could borrow some of it so she could eat lunch with the rest of the kids.
- Heidi overhears Elly refuse to give Lucy any of her money so she steps in to help out a new friend.
- Elly becomes sad when all of her classmates have friends and she does not.
- Lucy and Heidi grew closer and became best friends! Elly was starting to feel lonely since she had no one to hang out with.
- Lucy knows how it feels to be left out. After Elly apologized, she wanted to include her.
