- She is so ugly
- Since the day she was born, people didn't like Klavdia because of her skin and hair color. People always called her ugly and because of that, Klavdia desired more than anything to be an Aryan.
- She met an Aryan man named Vladlen and fell in love with him. They started a secret relationship because of the "Law for the Protection of German Blood and German Honour of 1935" which prohibited them to be together.
- Klavdia got pregnant, but this caused a big fight with his partner. She wanted to keep the baby, but he said that they were not supposed to have children, so she needed to abort.
- Kavdia thought that the Aryan race was superior to her, so she did what Vladlen said. After that, Klavdia felt an emptiness in her heart and was so regretful.
- The abortion distanced her and Vladlen for several weeks. Her heart broke when she saw him with an Aryan girl. Kavdia knew that they would soon have children because if not, they would receive heavy taxes.
- Kavdia was left alone without anyone in the world. At that moment, she desired more than anything to change the past and to not listen to him.
