Throwing the Tea into the Harbor
It was December 16, 1773. The men left the meeting and the group left for the dock. The group of colonist dressed as Mohawk Indians. They wanted to prevent the tea from getting to their colony. They ran to the harbor in the middle of the night.
The Colonists started grabbing the tea and throwing it into the water. They began ripping the crates open with axes. The colonists ruined a lot of tea. They managed to throw 342 crates of tea into the water.
