  • Workers ruined farmer's cars, and property, and set tyres on fire during the rebellion. Thousands of farm workers in De Doorns marched to the N1 on January 9,2013 and blocked the traffic. During the strike period, police brutality, with rubber bullets being used to target and striking crowds.
