- I'm sorry to inform you but your son has died in a tragic accident.
- Mr.White and his son are playing chess on a dark and stormy night.
- Falling Action
- Wish for him back! Please now
- A friend Sergeant-Major Morris visits letting them know about a magical monkey paw. He explains that you can grant three wishes. The White family takes it as a joke and wishes for 200 pounds.
- Resolution
- The next day, Sergeant-Major Morris visits the white family explaining how their son got caught in a machine and died. In return they get 200 pounds.
- My son!
- Mrs.White begs for her son to come back as the 2nd wish. Mr. White doesn't want that but wishes anyway.
- But honey, I can't. Okay fine I will wish for him to come back.
- Mrs. White awaits for her to arrive. While Mr. White goes in search for the monkey's paw and wishes for his son to be gone again.
- I wish for my son to be dead again.
