I really don't want to have to take out student loans.
Tuition here is just so expensive, I wish there was a way to make it cheaper
Oh! You haven't heard about the new community service program that lowers tuition costs?
No, I haven't
What is it?
Here! I have a video that you can watch that explains the program!

Then you choose the service you want to participate in and the app will sign you up for your selected service
From: UT Austin: Community Service for Tuition
Thank you for signing up to be a crowd director at the Tower Event this Thursday at 6 PM!
Please arrive 15 minutes early outside of the tower! Wear comfy sneakers and any UT shirt you have. Once we get everyone volunteering together you will get more information about your role!Thank you for participating, The tuition deduction will increase with every service till the end of the semester and then be deducted from your next semesters tuition.
You'll then receive an email with the time and meeting place of your chosen service.
Then you're done! Sign up for more services and watch as your tuition reduces!
Meet with your fellow peers and wait for instructions from the event coordinator!
Whoa that's so cool! I can't believe I didn't know about that program.
It was a really great opportunity, not only because of the tuition reduction but I also was able to get some real-world experience!
Yeah, I was part of the team that helped build the app!
It's cool that the school made a solution that is both helping the school and the students at the same time!
I know, it's benefiting all parties instead of just one, which was always the main issue with figuring out how to make college cheaper.
Hopefully one day we can make the program bigger and include the City of Austin to allow for more community service opportunities.
