Any suggestions of how to stop these acts made by the British?
The sons of liberty dressed up as Native Americans and boarded British ships in the Boston harbor. They dumped a lot of crates of tea into the harbor as a response to the tea tax set by britian.
Britian had decided that the colonist had to pay for the lost tea so they activated these acts, that declared the Boston Harbor would close, town meetings were no longer allowed, and British troops were always allowed inside of colonial houses.
Because of the new Intolerable acts, the colonist got really upset with all the taxes and laws that were being put on them from Britain. So they had met in Philidelphia to discuss what needed to be done.
