how to make a tomato soup
Chop the tomatoes and onions.Peel the Garlics
Ingredients:1.3 kg tomatoes2 onions3 garlic cloves2 tbsp tomatoe puree1 ltr chiken or vegetable stock10 gr butter3 tbsp olive oilsalt & pepper
Place a pan in medium heat add oil and butter stir well and allow the melt
Fry the onion and garlic, onece melt add onions and chopped garlic
stir to combine. allow onions to weat stir ocasionalty to prevent burning
cook the soupadd tomatoe pureadd chopper tomatoes stir brifly to mix in. add in all the stock stir once more.
leave to cook for 30 min, after the time remove to th heat, then blend in to the rough puree. finally season with salt and pepper. sieve the soup. then serve.
bring to the boil. cover with lid and turn heat down to a simmer
