- oh waw? i didnt know my rights was denied. can i know what rights do i have when i was being detained
- ofc son, every citizen has their rights although while being detained. you are supposed to allowed to make a phone call, to remain silence and the officer should tell you the reason you are being arrested. if there is no clear reason you shouldn't follow them to the police station. lastly, the most important thing you must be released within 24 hours after being arrested if there is no warrant that allow to arrest you more than that
