- Government officials often had banquets where they had entertainment and food.
- 9.6 Artisans
- There were many rules priests had to follow because they had such an important job. One example was that priests could not wear or eat anything a peasant also ate or wore.
- Priests that taught the boys were very strict and harsh. They often punished them if they were lazy or distracted.
- Artisans had a very difficult life. They had to work for 10 days without a day off, often went hungry, and weren't respected by the higher class.
