- Act I The Capulets and the Montagues are two important families with a major feud which causes them to fight each other. They were about to start fighting each other when the prince comes and stops them.
- Act I Romeo and Juliet meet and believe they fell in love and they talk together, Romeo trying to kiss her. They both learn that the other is supposedly their families enemy.
- Act II During the night Romeo sees Juliet and they talk about how they love each other and that their families would never let them marry each other no matter what.
