- As representatives of the state of CA, we are going to pass a law that states all residents are required to pass a drug test every 5 days to ensure we are drug free
- You or the government are not allowed to do that Mr. President. There is no amendment that states we CAN'T do that so therefore we have to state power to do it.
- No you are not allowed to do that! I am the central government and president and I overrule that.
- Where does this so called "constitution" say that and what amendment is it??
- Our Founding Fathers made it last in the Bill of Rights to justify that the central government is not all powerful. Can't believe I gave you a history lesson during a Congressional hearing.
