- Rainsford Runs away from the house and hides in a tree. At night, General Zaroff walks right next to the tree Rainsford is hiding in and Zaroff drops to the ground smelling and looking around. General Zaroff looks up the tree looks at the limb right below Rainsford, lights a cigarette, and walks away from the tree smiling.
- The Cliff
- Rainsford makes another trap and he waits behind a tree for General Zaroff. Surely, Zaroff follows the trail that Rainsford left him and was scanning everything in his path, then his foot stepped on the trigger. Zaroff sensed the danger before the dead tree could come back and hit him. Zaroff congrualtes Rainsford and leaves with no harm.
- The Final Fight
- Rainsford stumbles upon the swamp that took one of Zaroff's best dogs, and Rainsford has a plan. Zaroff isn't being as cautious and steps on the Burmesse Tiger Pit which just hurts Zaroff a little bit. General Zaroff congratulates Rainsford and tells him that he is letting out the hounds.
- Rainsford hears the hounds getting close so he sets up a native trick he learned in Uganda. Rainsford sets a knife on a sapling intending to kill Zaroff. Rainsford looks back and doesn't see Ivan, and sadly sees General Zaroff. General Zaroff looks over the cliff confused where Rainsford went.
- Zaroff walks into his bedroom and finds Rainsford. Rainsford challenges Zaroff to a duel to see who is the best hunter. Rainsford fires first and kills Zaroff. Rainsford had never slept better in his life.
