- The earth was all dry with only a big white house on a hill that was still in use, by the government. There was no weather, it was just plain heat. The days got colder while Jake and Rose get more worried.
- Suddenly, the years have gone by so fast that it was Jake's last day. Rose planned something huge for Jake though knowing this won't be the last time she sees him once she dies. Although she still cherished the moment, Rose knew the one thing Jake loved, The beach, so she took him to the beach watching the sunset as they said their goodbyes, and suddenly “5,4,3,2,..1” Rose teared up.

- Few months after Rose was the only girl on the whole earth, she had to hunt for days, but found nothing even though the animals were dead. Rose was trying so hard to keep strong for Jake and she was a month away from dying but she just couldn't do it. Moments without seeing Jake was waster, seconds without him were draining. Later that day, Rose and Jake met again in the afterlife, everything was untroubled, until Jake found out that Rose killed herself for him.
