- SP: I want to provide more for my state! I noticed we need more things. Such as adding and maintaining schools, roads, prisons, more post offices-
- SP: …Yeah, definitely more post offices to maintain...
- FP: A state wanting to maintain a post office? Hmm, that doesn't sound right.
- FP: Hey ! You ! State Powers Man !
- SP: Oh ! Hey Federal Powers Man, what's up?
- FP: I overheard your conversation earlier, but you cant maintain a post office. States don't have the power to do that ! The business of a post office is ultimately my responsibility.
- SP: Oh, I see. Well if I can do everything else I listed, how do I raise money for that?
- SP & FP: Concurrent Powers Woman!
- CP: Raise money I hear? I can help with that ! I have the ability to raise taxes on Americans. Helping your particular state can also help others if that's what they need too.
- FP: Thanks Concurrent Powers Woman ! We can get to work now.
- CP: No problem you two! And State Powers Man... I think YOU need to go back to school if you thought you had the power to maintain a post office haha.
