In the first scene of Act 2 Banquo and Fleance are walking, see Macbeth and Banquo asks macbeth if he has been thinking of what the witches said, Macbeth says no and guides them to their room to go to bed
After Banquo and Fleance leave, Macbeth is approached by a floating dagger guiding him towards the kings room
In the 2nd scene in Act 2 Macbeth goes off into the kings chamber and kills the king so he can be king just as the prophecies had told him
After Macbeth killed King Duncan he felt so guilty he ran back to meet up with Lady Macbeth that he forgot to leave the guards daggers after killing the guards, so Lady Macbeth took them back so people would not get suspicious
In the 3rd scene of Act 2 there is a little bit of comic relief in the play to take away from all of the intense parts with a drunken porter saying a lot of nonsense
in scene 4 Ross was talking to an old man when macduff came up to them and told them about how malcom and donalbain fled so they are raising suspions
