- Juliet and her father get into an argument about marrying Paris and her situation with Romeo.
- An you be not, hang, beg, starve, die in the streets, For by my soul, I'll ne'er acknowledge thee,
- The nurse suggests marrying Paris because of how much better he is than Romeo.
- I think it best you married with the County. O, he's a lovely gentleman! Romeo's a dish-clout to him.
- Juliet decides that she will run away and goes to find Romeo and also tells the nurse to tell her parents that she decides to run away.
- Well, thou hast comforted me marvelous much. Go in. And tell my lady I am gone, Having displeased my father, to Laurence' cell To make confession and to be absolved.
- Marry, I will, and this is wisely done.
- Lord Capulet threatens to let Juliet die on the streets if she doesn't comply with marrying Paris, which made Juliet very upset.
- Juliet gets upset about this because she always says that her heart belongs to Romeo and threatens to die if she can't be with Romeo.
- Juliet says that if her plans of running away don't work out, she will try to die as well so she wouldn't marry Paris.
