Jenny has a 4pm tennis match today. She is getting ready for her breakfast (8am).
For breakfast, Jenny will have two egg sandwiches with bacon and cheese on buttered whole wheat bread. She will also have two cups of fruit. She will have a glass of 100% real juice and a glass of water. This meal contain the last amount of high fat she will consume and lots of carbohydrates.
For lunch (12pm) Jenny will be having a large garden salad with lot of vegetables and some chicken. She will be drinking water and juice to hydrate.
The vegetables will give jenny lots of energy and the chicken will give her the last amount of protein she needs.
For a snack (2-3pm) jenny will have a granola bar high in carbs and maybe a piece of fruit to give her the energy she needs and she will be Drinking tons of water to hydrate .
Jenny will be drinking lots of sports drinks to give her the electrolytes she needs to play.
