- I'm so glad we decided to move here the weather is so much nicer her than Canada.
- James and his family moved to San Jose after they decided that they would prefer living in a place with a warmer climate following an internal migration. They chose individually and came on a consensuses of their choice that they wanted to move to the warmer climate.

- Effects of MIgration
- I'm so glad we've had more hands to help out the community we've truly advanced.
- We see that jobs have been filled from migration leading to a more developed an advanced environment. The result of an influx of immigrants is the more hands and aid that a place has gotten and has used to increase. This has also increased the cultures and traditions in the area promoting cultural contributions.

- Effects of MIgration
- I have ten years of experience, how am I not the most qualified for the job.
- I'm sorry but someone from abroad has a much better resume.
- This shows the result of an influx of immigrants on jobs and job demand. As more immigrants come about many come with high degrees coming here for the higher salary and better benefits in contrast from where they come from. This results in the competition for jobs to increase while the demand doesn't. This may encourage some native people to encourage immigration restrictions.
