- there were once to brothers named Hunahpu and seven Hunahpu they were the first generation of hero twins. These two boys loved to play the Mayan ball game and were really good at it. Onlookers cheered loudly when the boys played ball that the boys attracted the lords of death.
- The lord of death lived in the under world known as xibalba and they had a strange hobby of tricking people into death the lords sent a letter to the boys praising there wonderful talent the message included an invitation to play the ball game in the under world.
- the boys did not trust the lords but still whent so then did not angry at them so one day they set out to the underworld they made it through the river of spikes, the river of blood and the river of puss and they finally made it to the under world.
- they saw a lord standing waiting for them what they did not know it was a wooden statue and it was a trick and they greeted the statue not suspecting any foul play and as soon as they did the real lords popped out of hiding, they knew that they had failed a test and if they failed the second test thy would die!
- then the lords told them to sit down and they were Burt by a fiery seat and it was a trick and had failed and died , despite being dead one of the brothers had a twins with one of the Maya Goddesses. And they were known as the hero twins.
- just like their father and uncle they grew up to be great ball players too and they got a letter from the lords to play a game of ball against them so they set of through the same rought.
