- The federalist group obtained wholesale approval from congress yesterday, I'm going to sign the  commissions and the secretary sealed them. 
- And I'm going to seal the Commissions

- I cant deliver all these commissions before Thomas Jefferson arrives

- And I'm the next president, Madison stop delivering the commissions

- The court refused to write the writ, its unconstitutional!
- William Marbury 
- I didn't get my commission and I'm suing you Madison!!
- The court realized that Marbury is legally a judge and has a right to receive his commission
- Congress authorized the Supreme Court to issue a writ 
- The court also realized that the constitution didn't give the Supreme Court the right to issue writs
- Because this case exceed the authority to issue writs, Congress decided to establish the Judicial review which is the Power for the Supreme Court decide whether a law constitutional.
