Well Bob, to calculate the speed, we first need to find the dimensions of this hill.
OK. I will go measure the height of the hill!

What were the dimensions of the hill?
The height was 100m.
Since the hill is a slope, we need to use the Pythagorean theorem to calculate the third side on which you ran on. So the slope side would be approximately 316.22m.
