The French and Britain came across each other and got into a scuffle, George Washington was leading the British militia into battle, He would also go on to leading in the American Revolution. More fights like these would occur. In 1754 the war had officially begun. The war was being fought for control and land of North America.

Both of the armies began recruiting Natives for help. The French had maintained good relations with the Natives, trading with and just generally treating themselves. Unlike the English colonies who had enslaved them, and moved them of their land on multiple occasions.

The price of war is high. The war would cost about 140 million. So Britain would expect the colonies to pay it off, through rain tax prices etc.

Many battles occurred during the French and Indian war, most battles resulted in major results that influenced both armies. Britain's land expanded greatly, Britain grew in massive debt, and French influence in North America dipped greatly.

Battle of Quebec
Bye comander weird name!
In the battle of Quebec British commander Gen. Wolfe was killed, as well as the French commander. Eventually the British seize Quebec through a hard uphill battle. Leading to the defeat of the French. Bringing the French and Indian war to a close.

The French gives up all of their North American recourse. Including all the land west and east of the Mississippi river. As well as Canada. This all went to England. However, England's troubles were far from over considering they had two other wars on the horizon.
