- I am one of the Kings redcoats, and I am here to tell you that I will be quartering in your home due to the new law.

- After the Stamp Act was passed the new taxes were protested and the tax collectors vatos would have their houses burnt down as well as other forms of punishment.
- After the King passed the Quartering Acts they allowed any of his redcoats to quarter with whoever they chose. These people couldn't say no.
- The Townshend Acts were laws passed by the British Parliment on the American colonies in 1767. They removed the colonists freedom of paper, paint, lead, glass, and tea.
