- The Indians helped Lewis and Clark on how to hunt so they can find food for themselves.
- Lewis and Clark was there to keep peace and not have war.
- Lewis and Clark brought the deadly small pox disease and killed many 90% of some tribes.
- Today 1/3 of native Americans below the poverty and half are unemployed. The Indians were kicked off their own land by the US government.
