- The teacher had dismissed the class and my 8 year self was ready to get home and ask my mom if I could spend the night with my buddy, Coralee. I was excited to spend the night with my friend and sneek around the house together when everybody fell asleep.
- I hopped out of the car and asked my mom if I could spend the night with Coralee. After a little bit of convincing (and homework) I packed my bag full of clothes for my doll and I, and set out to got to Coralees house.
- Coralee rushed to the door and so did I. We both decided we would go to bed at 3:00am (we fell asleep at about 11:00pm) and sneek around the house.
- After Coralee's parents thought we had fallen asleep, they went to bed. We on the other hand were ready for a night of exciting adventures and scary stories.
- As we walked around the house, trying to find something interesting or scary, or even magical, Coralee tripped over a toy. We both started laughing so much that we woke up her little siblings. We tried to go back to bed and pretend to sleep so that her parents wouldn't get mad at us.
- When we went downstairs to eat breakfeast the next day, Coralees parents were tired. They had been dealing with the little ones and trying to get them to go back to sleep that night. I learned to be less rebellios and give grownups (and kids) a little more respect.
