- Mr.Smith and Peter Gilman are in a starbucks cafe.
- Both men are shot dead in cold blood. Shaking the foundation of the quiet setting! Pow.
- Detective Elmo is the first one on the scene.
- He begins to scan the scene & notices a few things...
- No Stippling or fouling. (Indicating Long Range)The shooter was not in the cafe.
- Mr. Smith was 6.2 feet from the window where the bullet that killed him entered the room
- Mr.Smiths wound is 5 feet 8 inches off the ground.
- There is an unfired casing, indicating it was planted, and the bullet that killed Smith came from somewhere else.
- The right angle in the radial fractures are on the inside of the cafe, meaning the force originated from the outside.
- There is a bullet hole in the cafe window 8.7 feet off the ground near Smith's body. (2.9 feet above his wound when it occured)
- Mr. Gilman was found with stippling and fouling(unburnt gun powder burns into skin and burnt soot and residue) near his wound. Meaning close range, > 6" away. There was also a fired casing with a breach block mark (Unique to a glock)

- One man was killed close range (Gilman) and one long range (Smith), which coincides with cookie monsters story. Cookie monster killed Gilman but we must find the killer of smith. We'll do this by first finding the origin of the bullet.
- We need to find the angle of impact. By using the trigonometry of a triangle we can determine the angle. We know the opposite (6.2 ft.) and the adjacent (2.9 ft). To find this angle we divide the opposite by the adjacent because that is equal to the tangent of our angle.
- tan(x)=2.9/6.2.13...The Tan^-1 of 2.13 is 65, which is the angle of impact. A hotel, the alleged location of the shooter, is 110 feet from the cafe. By using the angle of impact, we can use the angle's direction to determine the shooter's floor.
- Tan(angle)=opp/adj. The opposite is changed because you have to use the length of the body to the building (6.2+110).
- The shooter was 54 feet from the ground,meaning he was on the 6th floor!! OMG.
- Whose room is on the 6th floor facing the cafe?! >:(

- Cookie Monster was sent to an insane asylum where he is forced to remain on a strict no cookie diet.
- Upon being confronted by detective Elmo, big bird attempted to fly out the window, forgetting he couldnt fly. He died.
