  • Hey mark, do you know what a chemical change is?
  • Yeah, Nancy a chemical change is when a new substance is created. 
  • For example, let's bake a cake, I'll put the flour in the bowl.
  • Flour
  • I'll put the eggs in the bowl.
  • I'll Pour the Mixture into the pan.
  • And, Ill place The Mixture In the oven.
  • Now that the cake is in the oven Were going to explain to you why its a chemical change.
  • We started off with some eggs and flour and we mixed them together it became a new substance, and when a new substance is created its called a chemical change   
  • BEEP! BEEP!
  • Now that the cake is done you can see that a chemical change took place its no longer just four and eggs its now a new substance 
  • Now that we have shown the process of a chemical change Nancy, how about we eat our chemical change.
