Eckles shows his mentor, Lesperance. Lesperance in this guide through the time travel and he warns Eckles about not disturbing anything in the past., in addition to providing other pointers.
Return to Ordinary World
Eckles enters the time machine, which brings him many millions of years back in the same day as the T-Rex.
Eckles and the group go through trials and chllenges trying to find a dinosaur to shoot but have certian challenges like trying to stay on the trail and not interact with the environment and to kill the T-Rex
As a result of Eckles messing up the past; the world in the present was more dystopian and slightly altered. In the end for Eckles punishment Travis loads his gun and point it to Eckles, Shooting him. The story ends Saying, "There was a sound of Thunder¨.
