Storyboard Text

  • Scene Four
  • "Why didn't you tell me sooner?"
  • "No, The same girl. McClellan. McClellan. Run over by a car. Four days ago. I'n not sure. But I think she's dead.
  •
  • Scene Five
  • "I'm sorry," "I didn't really think. But now it looks as if we're in this together."
  • *Starts breathing heavily and starts seizing*
  •
  • Scene Six
  • *Starts burning Beatty
  • "Hand it over, Guy,"
  • Montag's wife, Mildred reveals to him that his neighbor that he met at the beginning of the books has passed away in a car crash. I chose this scene because it is about the first event that happens in the story. This scene is important because one of Montag's friends, who makes him happy, has passed away and he didn’t even know before Mildred told him. At first he didn’t believe Mildred but then he saw the neighbors house, which was Clarisse’s house and no one is there because after Clarisse died, her family moved away.
  • Montag reveals to Mildred that the whole time he was hiding books from her for a while. I chose this scene because Montag reveals to his wife that he is a criminal. This scene is important because he lied to his wife about not having books.
  • Montag gets mad at Beatty for burning down his house and knocking the green bullet out of his ear so Montag kills Beatty. I chose this scene because it is the last main event of the story. This scene is important because Montag is now a criminal for 2 things. Murder and for having books in his house.
