Stephen F. Austin, James B. Miller and Erasmos Seguin should take this to Mexico City
Stephen F. Austin went to Saltillo to get deliver a letter but when he got there Santa Anna was out of town. While he was waiting, Austin got caught with the letter and got sent to jail for it.

Texans called for a consultation to figure out what they should do against Mexico. The Peace Party wanted to surrender to avoid violence and war against Mexico but the War Party wanted to fight against Mexico. Stephen F. Austin sided with the War Party because he thought Santa Anna was becoming a Dictator.
Battle of The Alamo
The Texans wanted to become a separate state from Mexico so they called for a convention to decide what to do. Stephen F. Austin, James B. Miller, and Erasmo Seguin were chosen to carry the resolutions to Mexico City but later Stephen had to go to Mexico City alone.
Battle of San Jacinto
The Mexican government wanted a cannon back from the Texans but the Texans refused to give it up. The Texans told the Mexicans to take the cannon from them and ended up firing the first shots.
The Mexicans surrounded the Texans in the Alamo armed with Cannons and at least 150 men. The Mexicans killed all the Texans and left no survivors.
The Battle of San Jacinto happened in 1836. It was the last battle of the Texas Revolution And also the battle where Sam Houston force Santa Anna to sign the Treaty of Velasco and the Secret Treaty.
