- Welcome back to Sit and talk stuff! Today, we are going to be discussing the righta and responsiplities of a Jamaica citizen with Jamie, Jamaica's smartest Kid

- What is a right and what is a responsibility?
- Unlike rights, a responsibility is a DUTY that you as a citizen is required to fulfill. It may be voluntary where you have a chose or involuntary where you dont have a choice
- A right is what you are entitled to as a human being whether you are homeless person or a rich person you are entitled to these rights.
- I see that you just stated the differences so I have a question for you. Are rights and responsibilities connected in anyway?
- That's fine, please go ahead
- Sure Id love to tell you but due to the lack of time I'll be stating only six rights and connect them to the responsibilities
- There is also the right to marry and have a family and the responsibility of supporting ones family unit corresponds to the right.
- Every right has a corresponding responsibilities. There is the right to vote that is connected to the responcibilty voting wisely.
- Example numbers three and four is the right to not be treated in an inhuman way which carries with it the responsiblity to obey the law and the right and the right to nationality which correponds to the responsibilty of being loyal to ones country.
