Storyboard Text

  • the sky is consistently getting darker
  • outside you are able to see the clouds getting darker.
  • a light beam shining through the window
  • second scene: the dog is not the main viewing point but the coach in the middle of the page and the living room. the dog realises he still doesn't have water in his bowl from yesterday not knowing that a drought is happening around him
  • 5 scene: as the dog is walking back home he goes through the main street of the town and looks into a mirror. he sees not only that the park is going through drought, but the whole town
  • Orientation: the first scene of the story has a shot of the main character (the dog) sleeping.
  • Third scene:the dog is getting ready to go to the park full of colourful flowers and a beautiful river, but what is actually there will shock him with a dried up river and brown, dead flower beds.
  • 4 scene: in the forth scene the dog goes to its favourite spot (the park) and sees how dry it is and start thinking
  • 9: the dog has a whole month of off and on rain, but soon it would be more than that.
  • the sky and clouds are now both getting darker and more ominous
  • scene 6: as the dog runs past the window all he sees in front him and through the window is people and nature suffering severely through the drought
  • 10: wakes up with rain water at his feet, it was flooding
  • 11: The whole town floods shutting it down for a while
  • Scene 8:in the next few pages, one morning, a week after the sudden rainfall it was still raining. the dog goes to the park again and the river is full and the flowers are flourishing
  • scene 7: after wishing yesterday the dog wakes up to is finally raining after a month of no rain.
  • 12:With everything under water the dog feels lost and alone. if the dogs town ends up rebuilding and going back to normal you will have to read the finished result
