It’s been almost a full year since I’ve started my business. I just received my paycheck and was deciding to use the extra earnings to go on a vacation for myself, but I also planned to tip a bonus for my employees this upcoming week.
You have two choices to decide whether or not you should spend your money on a vacation trip or give a bonus tip to your employees. Since I am your co-assistant, I think you should pick a reasonable choice that’s best for our company.
Gabe seems to be right, therefore it would be in my best interest that I should pay double the half of my earnings to all of my employees. Ever since I opened up the business, they’ve been keeping up with their positions and taking care of the place.
However, going on a trip sounds exciting but exhausting at the same time. I wouldn’t have no such time to travel because of work. Perhaps, it would be best not to go.
The process of my decision is very hard, but I must choose one. I still want to take a vacation for myself, but I’m sure I can survive a couple more years without going anywhere. Plus I’m a very busy woman. So I’ve decided that I’m going to tip my employees.
Thank you so much! You don’t know how much this means to us.
Of course! We really appreciate your guys work ethnic, you’ve guys earned it.
You’ve made the right decision and showed a responsible economic decision.
