- anko kept wondering throughout school about the strange man that he saw, he got shivers' remembering the strikingly similarities between him and himself
- fake
- After anko unlatched the door lock and began to open the door he was stricken with a foul stenches' that clouded his senses and left him impaired. as he looks into his home he sees his father laying on the floor with crimson red blood seeping through the floor boards.
- Zankoku.
- After that incident with his father 4 years ago, he became a broker in hopes of finding answers to who murdered his father. one day someone came with some interesting information.
- the man that told him the information said "theres some guy that says he has reports of that day and a strange man being there". Anko meets up with the man that has the information and they talk about it over some bagels. anko thinks he finds the man that killed his father and nearly kills him while trying to capture him, not knowing it wasn't him that killed his father. this causes him to be wanted by the police for attempted murder so he has to run away with his mentor, eventually settling in a garage disguising as mechanics. after another 2 years of hiding and searching they find the supposed killer and make him choke to death on bagels.
- As he sits on the cliff enjoying the view with his mentor after feeling he finally got the answers he wanted about his fathers murder, he realizes he never got his mentors name after all the help he's gotten from him. anko asks him what is name is and he says "zankoku", he slowly says after that we have the same name then pushes over anko. as anko falls and is inches from hitting the ground his mentor looks at him and smiles as he notices his face change, its a familiar face, one he sees everyday in the mirror. he hits the ground, he remembers a word his dad told him his mother which he never met would always say, that word was zankoku. the meaning is cruelty which he finally realized the true meaning of it, the cruelty of life
