- The Crucible Act 2 Poppet Stripby Atziry Medina
- As they were in court Marry Warren was sewing a poppet. Abigail Williams was watching her sew. When Marry finished making the poppet, she put a needle in the center of the poppet stomach
- After Marry Warren made the poppet, she went to the Proctor Household and gave the poppet to Elizabeth Proctor as though to compensate for not helping around the house.
- "I made a gift for you today, Goody Proctor. I had to sit long hoursin a chair, and passed the time with sewing."
- Across town that night Abigail Williams was dining in the Parris House when she suddenly screamed and collapsed to the floor. In her stomach was a 2-inch needle she herself stuck in her to frame Elizabeth claiming it was her spirit who did it
- I"ll make it look like Elizabeth did it!
- When Cheever comes to the Proctor household he is looking for a poppet in the Elizabeth's house. The poppet Cheever finds is suspicious because it has a needle in the same place Abigail had been stuck with a needle.
- "- I had my doubts, Proctor, I had my doubts, but here’s' calamity"
- "Why? What meanin’ has it?"
- "I will fall like an ocean on that court! Fear nothing, Elizabeth.
- "I will fear nothing. Tell the children I have gone to visit someone sick."
- As a result of the investigation Elizabeth is chained and taken away to be tried in court. John vows to fight hard in court and bring her home.
